how do I add a shortcut for Google Forms to the Google apps drop down menu in upper right hand corner?

I want Google forms to be immediately available in the Google App drop down menu on my computer, but it isn't there, and it isn't in 'More,' and I can't figure out how to add it. I also can't delete things from this menu but there has to be a way. What am I missing? First batch of apps:

You can't find Forms until you click "Even more from Google" and scroll down, down, down, down until you get to the bottom of the page. How do I get it in the first menu???
